I Had A CT Scan Of My Abdomen When I

I had a CT scan of my abdomen when I felt like I was getting a bowel obstruction. The findings are lengthy and I don't understand all of it. I see the Gastroenterologist the end of October. Can you just answer me this one question? One portion of the findings stated, "Numerous subcentimeter nodes. Trace free fluid in the pelvis". Is this a normal scan or is it something to be worried about? I know I can't read too much into these scans for fear of worrying. Can you explain to me a little of what is occurring?
