I Had A CVST, Stroke And Seizures Back In April,

I had a CVST, stroke and seizures back in April, 2016. I was on dilantin for about six months and just recently gradually weaned off the dilantin. I have not experienced any further seizures. I have had severe muscle aches and pains since withdrawing from the dilantin. It has been about three weeks now and is not improving. Could this be from the dilantin? I am still on warfarin - 12 mg/day. Could it be from that?
