I Had A Crystal Lens Implanted After Cataract Removal 2

I had a Crystal lens implanted after Cataract removal 2 years ago in my dominant eye. I have poor distance vision. No intermediate and no close vision. I recently had my other Cataract removed and a Toric lens implanted. I have great intermediate vision, poor close vision and poor distance vision. What are my options?
