I Had A D & C 3 Weeks Ago. For

I had a D & C 3 weeks ago. For a couple of days I was ok. But now I have back pain in my lower back when I move. I have been back to the Dr. who told me that I was constipated. I am not. I am on several anti-psychotic drugs because I have schizophrenia & I am careful about constipation. I am still in pain & not sure what to do.
