I Had A DVT's With A P. E. Years Ago

I had a DVT's with a P. E. years ago I've been Xerallto since. I'm considering a bare bottom spanking for stress relief. I've had them in the past but before I experienced the DVT and PE.

Should I be concerned over a mild to moderate spanking?
