I Had A Dr Appt, This Morning, When Reviewing My

I had a Dr appt, this morning, when reviewing my chart, it listed my weight as 168, height as 5'8", giving me a BMI of 25.64. When looking up this number online it appears that I am actually a little overweight. If this is the case then why do all of my friends think I look anorexic, and call me skeletor ?
