I Had A HIV Rapid Antibody Test 22 Days After

I had a HIV rapid antibody test 22 days after sex, reading online it sounds like u get a fairly accurate indication after that time frame. Test came back negative and nurse never said anything about re-testing. Is there any reason to think otherwise? Thanks!!
