I Had A Lupron Injection(the 3 Months Shot) About Two

I had a Lupron injection(the 3 months shot) about two months ago with add back Norethridone (I guess that's the spell) for endometriosis pain. The pain became worse (I've been waiting a month -the suppose estrogen surge, now about 2 months are gone and is worse than before - the pain, forget about the side effects). 3 days ago I decided to stop the Norethridone, to see if there will be any changes. Well, I just got a very painful period (or some kind of bleeding, because should be no period by now) and I expelled a huge clot (about the size of an egg). After that, the pain became reasonable (at least for now). The same thing happened after I was on birth control pills -the compound ones with estrogen and progesterone (a while before the Lupron) and when stopped them, the period was even more painful (I had to take Tylenol 3 every 4 hours) and big clots came off. Just wondering if I can get an explanation of what's happening to my body, before talking to my gynecologist. He won't like that I stopped the add back therapy, but to me there is something wrong when my hormones are suppressed. I work in health care, so you can explain in medical terms. Thanks a lot!
