I Had A MRA Done Last Friday And They Gave

I had a MRA done last Friday and they gave me a contrast dye...the sight was in my right hand. I did not have a reaction that day, but Sunday I notice that my hand felt puffy on Monday morning my right hand and arm were very swollen like a sausage then latter that day my right leg and ankle. Not sure what's going on...
