I Had A MRI And The Report Says L3-4: 5mm

I had a MRI and the report says

L3-4: 5mm posterior midline disc herniation of the protrusion type contributing to mild to moderate central canal stenosis.

L4-5: concentric disc bulge with 5mm posterior midline disc herniation of the protrusion type and annular tear and moderate facet arthropathy contributing to mild central canal stenosis and mild bilateral foraminal stenosis.

L5-S1: 7mm posterior midline disc herniation of the protrusion type is seen to contributing to severe central canal stenosis and mass effect on the descending S1 nerve root, right greater than left. Mild bilateral foraminal stenosis and mild disc desiccation.

Can someone tell me what all this means?
