I Had A MRI Of My Head And Sonic Gram

I had a MRI of my head and sonic gram for my neck. My problem after surgery I have a continuing buzzing in both ears and will not go away. This happened after surgery on my back and I was under for 2 hrs. I have no blockage in my ears went to EEN doctor and recommended after my MRI now to get MRA..
Not sure what is going on..Iam in good health and 72 y.o....Thank You...
