I Had A MRI Of My Left Hip And Pelvis

I had a MRI of my left hip and pelvis hip without contrast recently and the findings show left L5 transvere process partially articulates with the sacrum. a tiny anterior femoral head neck junction 3mm subcortical cyst is present with minimal surrounding marrow edema. mild osseous ridging is seen. Consider very early FAI. What does this all mean???
