I Had A MRI That Revealed An Enlarge Pituitary Gland.

I had a MRI that revealed an enlarge Pituitary Gland. I have had severe headaches that are located only on the right front side of my head. I was prescriped Tramadol, but it seems to have no effect on the headaches. At times, my vision is fuzzy and have had bouts of nausea, to the point of actually throwing up.
Does this sound like something caused by a tumor on my Pituitary Gland?
