I Had A MRI W/ Contrast. Slight Retrolisthesis Of C3
I had a MRI w/ contrast. Slight retrolisthesis of c3 on C4 is evident. This does appear to have worsen from prior Ct. Bilateral pedicle screws and connecting rods are seen at L4 and L5. L3-4 There is a moderate to broad circumferential disc bulge a long with bulky facet hypertrophy. There is a tight canal stenosis at this level. The neural foraminal openings are moderately crowed by DSC material. L4-5 This material has been removed. The canal space is patent. The neural foraminal openings appear to be patent. L5- S1 Mild circumferential disc bulging is noted IMPRESSION: There is a tight canal stenosis at L3-4. Moderate to broad circumferential bulging is seen at this level along with facet hypertrophy. A slight retrolisthesis of L3 on L4 appears to contribute to the narrowing. There is retrolistesis has worsen in compared prior studies. This may suggest some degree of instability at this level.
