I Had A MVA 3 Weeks Ago Seatbelted Rear Ended

I had a MVA 3 weeks ago seatbelted rear ended at about 10-15 miles an hour I was stopped, started having shoulder pain, stiff, than 1 week later started having numbness and tigling in my hand and feet on left side,
I have full use and mobility about 90% strentgth
