I Had A Monarc Bladder Sling About 2 Months Ago.

I had a Monarc bladder sling about 2 months ago. It was 100% unsuccessful and I am left with pain in my groin which is slowly increasing. Yesterday it was so painful it was difficult to walk across the room. Can you please offer me some advice as to why I have so much pain and what the options are for recovery. Thank you.
