I Had A Pap Smear Last Weak And The Gal

I had a Pap smear last weak and the gal said " Oh your bladder has dropped a bit- nothing to worry about though" . I am nearly 52 and have been receiving Pap smears since I was 16 never has anyone ever mention seeing my bladder ! I have also noticed some time ago that the urgency to urinate does not come I have a full bladder I get to the bathroom and urinate a lot but I did not have the urgency are these related
