I Had A Supartz Knee Injection Today Given By An

I had a Supartz knee injection today given by an inexperienced PA. I almost passed out from the pain and became lightheaded. She broke the needle off and ran out of the room to get another needle. I never had any pain when my Orthopedic doctor gave it to me. I am now headed to the ER. I am prone to infection due to taking methotrexate. What do you think?
