I Had A TBI In February, Started Having Reoccurring Migraines,

I had a TBI in February, started having reoccurring migraines, not the first time I have had them in my life. Which led to seizures, and fainting spells. I have had a fever related seizure when I was 7, and recently 2 years ago with pneumonia. Now my nerves feel shot, I usually can't feel but can most of the time control the right side of my body. My CT was clear but my recent MRI showed a lesion where I hit my head. I drink and smoke and all my Drs are just blaming that, but I also get confusion and blurry vision and the pain won't stop, even if I'm drinking/smoking, or not. I quit all the meds they have given me and feel more clear headed. Could this really all just be caused by my drinking and smoking? I have cut back on both and still feel all the pain. But the pain is dibilitating, like I can't stand up Bc my brain hurts so much, avoiding light but I need ambient noise. All things I never needed before. I'm just wondering what I could have. Bad med reaction? Imitrex, proponol, Effexor, Zoloft, vitamins and Advil. And I'm only 34. Any advice would be appreciated before I go have to see a new dr team in the am. Thank you.
