I Had A TCA 14 Percent Skin Peel A Week

I had a TCA 14 percent skin peel a week ago. Three to four days later I had reddened areas breaking out all over my face. They evolved to look blistered with small pustules present. I've now been prescribed hydrocortisone2.5percent and umpire in ointment. Advised to use saline compresses also to face. Face is very angry and areas seem to be continuing to erupt. Any suggestions/recommendations.. I'm concerned it could be impetigo. Could that be possible?
