I Had A TLH Last Wednesday, Was Released From Hospital

I had a TLH last Wednesday, was released from hospital Thursday. I still have lots of bruising and soreness, but am only taking Percocet at night b/c I have 3 little kids. For 3 days now I have had horribly painful diarrhea. I can't leave the bathroom for more than 30 minutes. It seems I should have the opposite effect with taking a narcotic. Should I try to see my Dr tomorrow or let it play out?
