I Had A Total Thyroidectomy About 11 Months Ago, Currently

I had a Total Thyroidectomy about 11 months ago, currently taking Liothronine 5mcg and levothyroxin 125mcg also take magnesium supplement and Tums as needed.. I had severe hypocalcemia post surgery and was in the ICU for 4 day and reg. ward for 2 more.. have been doing fairly well until recently have developed muscle cramps even in my neck.. Is this somehow connected ?
