I Had A UTI 2 Months Ago. The Infection Is

I had a UTI 2 months ago. The infection is gone but the symptoms are still there. It's not excruciating pain, but it really puts a damper on everyday life. I have seen a general doctor, urologist, and gynecologist testing negative for a range of things. They just keep saying give it time. It's not getting better. Is there anything else it could be or anything I can do to help to help with the pain?
