I Had A UTI Last Week, Took Antibiotics For 5

I had a UTI last week, took antibiotics for 5 days. Went today to do follow up urine test. Now it shows under Hemoglobins "A SMALL" .... What could that mean? Also I had my period and it finished yesterday, although after wiping myself after the urine test there was a trace of old blood....would that be the cause?
