I Had A UTI That Lasted A Couple Of Months,

I had a UTI that lasted a couple of months, mainly because I was misdiagnosed the first month. I started having a pain in the right side of my stomach during the time of the UTI. The UTI finally cleared up, but I am still having the pain in my stomach. Could it be something else?
