I Had A A Hysterectomy 17 Months Ago With Cervix

I had a a hysterectomy 17 months ago with cervix and uterus removed left only the ovaries I had some bright bleeding after a wiped check with my Gp and said that I have a polyp is it possible can it be cancer , after the hysterectomy the results were all negative can u please help I am worry , is it possible to have polyp after hysterectomy
