I Had A A Left Rear Molar Pulled 24 Hrs

I had a a left rear molar pulled 24 hrs ago. The tooth had a crown;the dentist tried 2 weeks of root canals. He could only find 2 roots twisted. Now the pain is not in the area of pulled molar but in upper molars parallel to removed tooth.. Pain meds minimum relieve. BP affected by pain If this is TMJ how long? what else
