I Had A Accident 3 Days Ago While Floating On

I had a accident 3 days ago while floating on the river rapids. Both knees where scraped pretty bad. Today my knees are swollen and hot to the touch. I'm very much in pain. Being on the river it was several hours until I was able to have it cleaned properly. My temperature is 101.3 should I see a dr.?
