I Had A Baby 10 Wks Ago. When I Got

I had a baby 10 wks ago. When I got my 1st cycle back (22nd May) I started taking the combined pill (levonorgestrel and ethinylestradiol) Microlite® 100/20 microgram. I have been taken this for past few years with no problems.
When I had my 8 week post baby check up with my consultant he prescribed me the mini pill (progestogen-only pill) Cerazette® 75 microgram (desogestrel). He prescribed it because I was over 35 (36 since April) & high BMI. So i started on the mini pill on 4th June.
6 days in (10th June) I started bleeding & it hasn't stopped since.
I also developed pains in my legs & ankles, they felt stiff & sore to bend my ankles when I walked. Now for the past 2 days I have developed chest pain. It's in the centre of my chest. It hurts to breathe in & hurts to roll over in bed.
I wonder could this all be linked to the new tablet??
