I Had A Baby 4 Months Ago And Got On

I had a baby 4 months ago and got on the depo shot I am supposed to get it again on Monday. I've been on my period for about a month now sometimes it's heavy sometimes it's normal.. this is the longest I've had my period.. Also yesterday I had this bad pain in my abdomen on the right side close to my belly button sort of.. Anyways Recently I went to the bathroom to change my pad and when I wiped I saw this skin type of thing come out? It was about an inch long kind of thick, it looked liked a brain if you know what I mean that kind of texture.. Is it normal??
