I Had A Baby With A Large Coiled Tail About

I had a baby with a large coiled tail about the same length as the baby. it was brown. {the tail} it appeared female and the pregnancy wasn't as painful as it was supposed to be. the pregnany was about 5 months long and the baby was quite large. bright colors danced around my body during the whole gestation what is this?
