I Had A Baby's Week Ago And Iv Got A

I had a baby's week ago and Iv got a very itchy blistered rash on my tummy in my stretch marks, Iv had cream off the Dr and midwife said use camomile lotion it takes the itches away for a little while but the blisters are getting no better and still very itch, any idea what this could be and best way to treat. Thanks
