I Had A Back Injury In 1992 When I Was

I had a back injury in 1992 when I was in my 20s. I have lived with back pain on and off most of my life but recently my entire spine and neck hurt and is stiff. the pain is getting progressively worse! Could I have degenerative spinal arthritis due to the injury? And what can be done?
