I Had A Bad Cold A Fever About 3 Weeks

I had a bad cold a fever about 3 weeks ago. I still have this cough that won't go away. Sometimes hard to take a deep breath. It's a dry cough that won't go away. Cough medicine doesn't help and cough drops don't last. Could this be walking pneumonia?
