I Had A Bad Cold Which Turned Into Bronchitis. I

I had a bad cold which turned into bronchitis. I coughed so much (very violent coughing at nigh lying down), that now I feel like some of my ribs or vertebrae or bronchus have been pushed out of place(disclocated) from the coughing. I can actually feel something trying to move back into place. Is it possible to dislocate/rupture anything form coughing so hard?
