I Had A Bad Dizzy Spell Lasted Five Minutes Now

I had a bad dizzy spell lasted five minutes now felling weak tired I also have pins needles in arm left hand and left foot and also nausea
I have been having dizzy spells for about 3 weeks now but the one today was really bad any idea what's wrong please
