I Had A Bad Fall 2 Weeks Ago That Resulted

I had a bad fall 2 weeks ago that resulted in severe bruising just below my left hip. X-rays did not show a fracture or break. There was a lot of swelling below my left hip. Two weeks later the skin color is returning to normal, but I still have some swelling below the left hip and pain with any pressure against that part of my upper left leg. Should I be concerned or simply give it more time to heal?
