I Had A Bad Fall 2 Weeks Ago, That Resulted

I had a bad fall 2 weeks ago, that resulted in a large knot on left side of my forehead. I still have a very large knot there and theres a bruise that runs down one side of it. Also where my nose meets my forehead is very sensistive to touch. Is it anything to worry about that the knot is still very noticeable and still big?
