I Had A Bad Fall From My Dog Going After

I had a bad fall from my dog going after another dog. Last night I noticed fluid seepage from my navel area, I cleaned it out with some alcohol pads but noticed this morning it was still leaking. I've been putting cotton balls there with tape to catch the fluid seepage, Is there something I need to do or will this correct itself?
