I Had A Bad Reaction To A Tingling Tanning Lotion

I had a bad reaction to a tingling tanning lotion today
I used the lotion and was in the bed for 7 minutes
It started while I was in the bed with indigestion and then diahrea and I threw up
I was able to get out of the bed but was extremely dizzy and couldn't stand up
It passed after a few minutes
They called an ambulance and my blood pressure was 190/100
It went down after about 10 minutes
They cooled me down with cold towels
I didn't go to the hospital and now I have been tired and groggy all day
No other symptoms
I'm 54 and tan every winter and never had a reaction
Do you think this was an allergic reaction or something else
