I Had A Barium Swallow 4 Days Ago. It Showed

I had a barium swallow 4 days ago. It showed a possible blockage and a twist in lower intestines. I have thrown up 2 times since and only passed a little loose stool once. I am having trouble drinking fluids ( haven't had a good volume of fluids because of fullness in my stomach and slight pain drinking) and haven't really eaten since prior to the X-ray - what should I do
