I Had A Bartholoin Cyst 3 Weeks Ago That Was

I had a bartholoin cyst 3 weeks ago that was removed. The antibiotics that I was prescribed for 10 days mixed with my birth control made my stomach hurt. I stopped the birth control and finished my dosage. The day after I finish the antibiotics I start getting stomach cramps mostly on my left side but both. I have felt nauseated since I have stopped also. It has been a week. My discharge was white & thick but then turned yellowish & thick. No horrible smell or itch. What's your diagnosis?
