I Had A Belly Button Piercing For Many Years. It

I had a belly button piercing for many years. It fell out and I lost the ring on vacation so I had to wait to put a new one in. When I did, the hole was partially closed so I pushed it through. Now there is a hard bump near belly button that is SOOOOO ITCHY! This has being going on for like 3 weeks.
