I Had A Bilateral Mastectomy 12 Days Ago. I Took

I had a bilateral mastectomy 12 days ago. I took 10 days worth of Ciprofloxacin and I am taking Tylenol, tramadol or rarely Hydrocodone. My urine smells musty to me now. Is this a possible side effect of the cipro or is this just a possible Uti from not being to go to the bathroom as easily as presurgery? I have to wait for someone to help me get up to go if I am laying down. I have a history of Uti but haven't had one in months.
