I Had A Bilateral Oopherectomy A Couple Of Years Ago,

I had a bilateral oopherectomy a couple of years ago, and have been using estrogen and progesterone creams I get over the counter. I am lately having a lot of anxiety, depression, hot flashes again, and am still confused–am I supposed to be using both types of creams or just one or the other? And what doses of each?
