I Had A Bilateral Salpingectomy At The End Of July

I had a bilateral salpingectomy at the end of July 2015, ever since my cycles have become increasingly late. I have a 31 day cycle, and it's usually never late... Now the past several months it's become a few more days late each cycle. I am also experiencing extreme moodiness to the point that I asked my psychiatrist to prescribe me Lexapro 10mg QD. PMH includes HTN, asthma, adult ADD, and fibromyalgia. Meds: Adderall 20mg TID (started 3 years ago), Lexapro 10mg QD (started 1 wk ago), ProAir MDI Q 4 hrs PRN, and of course OTCs like IBU and Tylenol...
