I Had A Birth Control Tube Removed About A Month

I had a birth control tube removed about a month ago. Nothing big just a small cut and she said she put dissolvable stitches in it. I was able to pull out two of the stitches but one is still sticking out my skin. The small area around the hole where the stitch is coming out is black and tender to the touch. What should i do? I have an appointment 4 days away but i’m worried to wait that long
