I Had A Bleed At 30wks, Last Wk Advised I

I had a bleed at 30wks, last wk advised I have complete placenta previa,malsonnoted was 3 placentas with all seperate blood vessels. I very had 2prev c sections and scar tissue is mm away from bladder. Been told I will have to have balloons put in my vessels to pump up against uterus after baby born and may well loose my uterus. Since 35 weeks I've had brown discharge everytime I go to loo, yesterday and today getting heavier and tiny brown clots showing, should I worry - maternity said only go in if fresh red blood??
