I Had A Blister At The Top Of My Inner

I had a blister at the top of my inner thigh and put a blister plaster on it and took it off and it's popped. Now it's just an open wound and I can't walk properly and my pants run off it. I don't know what to do but it's causing me a lot of pain, how do I get rid of it fast?
