I Had A Blister On The Pad Of My 4th

I had a blister on the pad of my 4th toe that has been peeling away layer by layer until it has taken nearly half of my toe and there is a large hole(?) left and it's hard to keep it from getting infected. I have to keep it wrapped to keep the medicine on, but it can't heal like that also I have diabetes. Is there anything else that I can do? I am on Social Security and only get $136.00 a month and can't afford to pay for this So I guess I wasted yours and my time . I apologize . Thank you anyway .
